Alamo Ed Fund Tax Status

Click here for correspondence confirming the 501(c)(3) tax status of the Alamo School Education Fund.

This year, families will receive a receipt at the time of every donation and/or purchase. Receipts will come via email or in person, as the circumstances permit. The Ed Fund will not email a summary receipt at the end of the year.

 

Please keep your receipts for tax purposes.  If you did not receive a receipt or lost your receipt, please contact us and we will assist.

      Alamo Education Fund

      The Alamo Ed Fund is a 501c3 non-profit organization and an affiliate of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation. Our mission is to raise money from families and the community to maintain and enhance the quality of education and the environment at Alamo School. The Alamo School Education Fund was established to bridge the gap between public funding and the funding necessary to provide all of the resources and activities that we have at Alamo.

      Buy your tickets online HERE. Proceeds to benefit teacher salaries and supplies funded by the Ed Fund. 

      Friday, January 25th from 5 - 7 PM: Dodgeball Tournament led by the Amazing Referee and Principal Mr Hitomi! Price includes pizza dinner. $40 for a parent/child ticket. $20 for each additional child.

      Saturday, January 26th from 5 - 7 PM: It’s time to for fun so let’s get ready - Alamo’s having a Pajama Party! Family fun karaoke, dance party, face painting, crafts, games, silver screen photo booths and popcorn, and more! Dinner to include: Jimmy John's sandwich platters, cookies & milk. $20 per person.
