Alamo Ed Fund Tax Status

Click here for correspondence confirming the 501(c)(3) tax status of the Alamo School Education Fund.

This year, families will receive a receipt at the time of every donation and/or purchase. Receipts will come via email or in person, as the circumstances permit. The Ed Fund will not email a summary receipt at the end of the year.


Please keep your receipts for tax purposes.  If you did not receive a receipt or lost your receipt, please contact us and we will assist.

We are always looking for volunteers to help run our events. Please contact us by email or reach out to any of the Board members.

    Alamo Education Fund

    The Alamo Ed Fund is a 501c3 non-profit organization and an affiliate of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation. It is run by parent volunteers. Our mission is to raise money from families and the community to maintain and enhance the quality of education and the environment at Alamo School. The Alamo School Education Fund was established to bridge the gap between public funding and the funding necessary to provide all of the resources and activities that we have at Alamo.

    Spring Fund Parties


    Join us at one or both of our FUNd Parties this season! Dan's Bar Trivia Night on April 25, and Animal House, the Party on May 18. Register online here. We hope to see you there!

    Attention 5th Graders: Join your fellow 5th grade classmates on Friday May 10th from 4:30 - 6:30 in the MPR for a Hip Hop Party! You'll learn hip hop dance moves, play games with a chance to win Apple airpods, have pizza for dinner, and have a fun souvenir to take home! Cost is $50. Sign up here.

    In addition to administrative costs and technology advancements, the Ed Fund funds all of the following critical programs, which make Alamo School a special place to learn. The Ed Fund will Spend Approximately $1036 per student in the 2018 - 2019 school year.





    Paraprofessional Salaries

    The salaries of the teacher aides in every classroom

    Everything from teacher salary to sheet music

    Everything from teacher salary to printer paper

    Everything from librarian salary to the check-out stamp

    Everything from instructor salary to paintbrushes

    TSA (Teacher on Special Assignment)

    Part-time salary for a master teacher who assists classrooms and the principal as needed for various school initiatives

    The Alamo School Education Fund collects voluntary donations on behalf of Alamo School. Your generous donations may be tax-deductible. No curriculum or educational experience will be denied to any student regardless of donations. The Alamo School Education Fund is an affiliate of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation. The Alamo School Education Fund is a non-profit organization under
