SRVUSD ANNUAL UPDATE

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.

The Annual Update window for the 2016-17 school year is scheduled to open on 8/2 for Alamo Elementary School.  At that time you will be prompted to log into your Parent Portal account to complete this important task for the new year.  Check your Portal “InBox” for a message titled “Annual Update Fall Registration”.  This message will guide you through the Annual Update process.  

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address.  The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period.  Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirming email following completion of the Annual Update process.

Visit the Volunteer Management System to update your information or to register to volunteer if you have not done so previously.

ALAMO SCHOOL REGISTRATION: Two Steps To Register Your Child(ren) for 2016-2017.

Step 1 - District Annual Update Online
Access via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on August 2nd

Step 2 - Alamo School 16-17 Kick-Off and Registration Celebration
Attend one of the two walk-through registrations at Alamo School,  either August 4 (4:00-7:00PM) or August 8 (9:00AM – Noon).

To Prepare For Walk-Through Registration at Alamo School:

*The Alamo Weebly registration website is not sponsored by the school.  Information provided on this website may be available to Parent Teacher Associations (PTA) and other educational benefit foundations as well as school personnel as required.

  • Click on every red tab in the header (above) to complete all steps. 
  • Print and complete the forms before coming to Registration.
  • Required forms at Walk-Through Registration are in RED,
  • Optional forms at Walk-Through Registration are in BLUE
  • Information is in GREEN.

Classroom Assignments
Classroom assignments will be available August 12th at 9am 
through your Parent Portal account. Class lists will not be posted at school.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • August 2- September 5 - District Annual Update (via Parent Portal). Information will come directly from the school district.
  • August 3 - New Family Orientation at 6:30 - 7:30 PM (adults only)
  • August 4 or August 8 - Alamo School 16-17 Kick-Off and Registration Celebration.  Check this link starting July 18 for registration information and Forms to complete prior to registration.
  • August 15 - First Day of School (minimum day).
