 If you volunteer at an SRVUSD school and your information has changed, visit the Volunteer Management System to make updates.

SRVUSD ANNUAL UPDATE

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

 

Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. The Annual Update window for the 2017-18 school year is scheduled to open on Friday, July 28 for Alamo Elementary SchoolTo begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

 

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

VOLUNTEERS

Visit the Volunteer Management System to update your information or to register to volunteer if you have not done so previously.

Registration Date:  Wednesday, August 9, 2017   9:00 – 11:00 AM OR 5:00 – 7:00 PM

New Family Orientation:  Wednesday, August 9   7:15 – 8:15 PM

IMPORTANT DATES

  • July 28 - District Annual Update (via Parent Portal). Information will come directly from the school district.
  • August 9 - New Family Orientation at 7:15 - 8:15 PM (adults only)
  • August 9 - Alamo School Registration, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • August 14 - First Day of School (minimum day).
